Cayman Islands
I have one sourced drink connected to Cayman Islands. The label on each card says how: where it began, what the country is known for, what people drink there, or where the origin is disputed.
Drinks of Cayman Islands
Signature drinks and regional ones, with the evidence behind each. A drink marked non-alcoholic has no alcohol in the traditional serve.

Mudslide
Rum Point, Grand Cayman
ContestedSignature drink
A creamy chocolate-coffee drink of vodka, coffee liqueur and Irish cream, served in a hurricane glass. Many bars blend it with ice cream and top it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Difford's lists a crumbled Flake bar garnish and says the Wreck Bar's own version uses no ice cream.
The Wreck Bar and Grill at the Rum Point Club on Grand Cayman claims the drink. Its story says a guest asked for a White Russian in the 1970s and the bartender, lacking cream, used Irish cream instead. Tasting Table notes that Baileys reached the US market in 1974 and that the origin is unverified.
Made with: vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, ice.
