Aperol Spritz
The Veneto's orange aperitivo, poured three, two, one
Italy's aperitivo-hour spritz: prosecco, Aperol and soda water built over ice in a wine glass with an orange slice, in the 3-2-1 proportion.
Country
One drink is tied to Austria. The label on each says how: where it began, what the country is known for, what people drink there, or where the origin is disputed.

The popular story says Austrian soldiers stationed in the Veneto in the nineteenth century, when Venice was under Habsburg rule, watered the local wine down to beer strength, and that the name comes from the German spritzen. Difford's tells the story without a source, so it stays folklore. Listed as contested so the Austrian thread in the spritz is visible without crediting Austria with the drink.
